Was there someone alive the Victorian era who's profile was identical to mine, or is it the magic of graphics? Whatever the explanation, I assure you that I'm definitely not a ghost or secretly well over a hundred years of age. It's truly a mere coincidence that I have an extensive visual library of period design living in my head rent-free.

ABOUT ME
Hi there! I'm Stephanie Wyman. I've been designing graphics for film and television shows for a living since becoming a DGC member in 1885, er, that is to say 2015. Most often these days that means utilizing Illustrator, Photoshop and stock images to build custom graphics in a style tailored to each project. Sometimes I have the additional pleasure of putting my fine art/illustration, calligraphy/lettering and various crafting talents to work.
Over the years I've learned so much about how to do this job well, and I can admit that I am still learning new details and finding ways to improve all the time. I would love to grow into being a master of this craft or become a production designer. I have a passion for working in film and for the art of designing graphics. My inner child loves creating supporting imagery for a made-up story.
Another of the things I like best about this job is working with and alongside all the other cool creative people behind the scenes on one big project. Whether we're telling a story that takes place in a fantasy world, hundreds of years ago, in the 1950s or next year, I enjoy working to make that world and the stories within it come vividly and beautifully to life. I strive to create designs that will be the best little supporting character actors and environmental elements they can be.
